Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date for products that are unused and in their original, sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-refundable at checkout
