We want your Pellure order to arrive quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or weather events. Pellure is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date via our Contact page. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
